Portfolio analytics

This portfolio counts ordinary page and CV requests to understand which work is useful. The analytics database stores only daily totals for a fixed set of pages and broad traffic-source categories, in a 90-day reporting window. Older totals are deleted on the next qualifying request or dashboard refresh. It does not store IP addresses, user agents, full referring URLs, query strings or visitor identifiers. No analytics cookies, tracking scripts or recordings are used.

Browser request headers are processed transiently to classify sources and exclude obvious bots, prefetches and owner visits. This cannot reliably identify unique people or exclude every automated request.

The site and its database are hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. The processing relies on the site owner’s legitimate interest in understanding aggregate use of the portfolio, subject to a documented balancing assessment. Infrastructure security logs are separate from this aggregate database.
